Alila Ventana Big Sur is designed for those seeking a peaceful escape. To preserve this atmosphere, our accommodations are limited to a maximum of two guests per room.
Check in time: Check-in time is at 4pm. Due to the size and nature of our resort, we strongly encourage all guests to arrive on or after 4pm to avoid waiting for their room. We have limited ability to accommodate early arrivals and late departures.

Gratuities: Gratuity is included on meals, housekeeping, and porterage. For spa and additional purchases such as alcoholic beverages, gratuity is not included.
A Note for Our Dog-Loving Guests: We’re delighted to welcome and pamper your four-legged companions. To ensure a seamless dining experience for all, dogs are invited to join you for breakfast, lunch, and dinner outside on The Sur House Terrace, weather permitting.
